Shillong
The second Encounter in Shillong under two years, albeit a different model this time with sessions in the evening for 5 days instead of standard 3 days.
17, largely youth had an amazing time of encountering the Living God.
The Mukhim family opened their home to host the Supernatural, also serving the needs of each and providing dinner daily.
The hearts were prepared and hunger stirred up to encounter Christ through pre-encounter meeting was done over video conference.
At the retreat, they came with expectation to encounter the limitless, loving mighty One and to walk in the freedom that Christ offers.
Five evenings of praise and worship, teachings, learning, ministry, healing, deliverance, infilling, time of rejoicing, …
… and in all this, God encountering them healing the wounds and hurts caused by rejection, bitterness, softening the hardened hearts, binding up the broken hearted, breaking every curse and setting them free from sin, bondages and captivity…
…restoring their hearts to the Father filling them with His love and embrace, the Holy Spirit releasing love, joy and peace in their hearts….
Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, then you really are my disciples and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free” (John 8:31-32 NIV).
All committed to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, received the power of the Holy Spirit and the infilling of the Father’s love. And went back filled with love, joy and peace with a desire to grow in the intimacy seeking His Presence and know His ways.
And to share the freedom that they received with a dark world.
