A son, a Christ follower, ministerial and business visionary, Suprabhat, in pursuant to his calling, co-founded Speiro Ministries – Enable, Equip and Empower every believer to walk in the fullness of what God created them to be.

Born in a Hindu family, Suprabhat grew up believing that there are many gods and through his good works he got to be in right terms with all of them. Jesus also was one of them, but not the only God, or the living God.

Electronics & Communication engineer’s analytical mind, however, refused to accept this and his quest for truth began. He studied different religious beliefs of the world and got quickly convinced that Christianity is the only one that satisfactorily and coherently answers his questions on the meaning of life, its origin and destiny and provides a way to lead a good moral life. He decided to follow Christ and received water baptism. However, this faith was a logical faith and was more in the mind.

Suprabhat had a very successful stint of over 25 years in the corporate world and held many leadership positions including Vice President at Cisco Systems, the world’s largest networking company. Suprabhat continued his climb of the corporate ladder till he had a face-to-face encounter with Jesus Christ in a hotel room, which changed his life, its choices and purpose, forever.

The heart transformed by the love and fire of God decided to shun the glamour of the corporate world when Jesus called him out to bear His name to those that are unreached and hurting. Although he completed his theological degree of Master of Divinity, it is the Holy Spirit who taught him and continues to unravel to him the deeper mysteries of the Kingdom of God for equipping the Body of Christ. A leadership expert, management consultant, preacher, teacher, evangelist and mentor, he is purposed to help others everything that God has created them to be.

Through this restorative and equipping ministry today, Suprabhat is touching lives and see them transformed by the love of the Father, grace of Lord Jesus Christ and partnership of the Holy Spirit. He is married to Susmita. They have two daughters Sunetra and Sukriti.

Susmita Chatterjee, co-founder of Speiro Ministries, is born in a Christian family. During her college days, she received Christ as her Lord and Saviour after a life changing personal encounter with Him. During her encounter, when she was skeptic about her future, God spoke Psalm 23 in her life, and truly enough, He had been the shepherd of her life.

She went through various challenging life situations but God delivered her from them all. His rod of discipline and staff of grace brought healing and restoration to her and her family. That is why, she now passionately pursues the ministry of deliverance, healing and restoration. She is burdened with setting the abused, rejected and oppressed young girls and women free and see their lives transformed.

Susmita is trained in prayer ministry skills and biblical counseling for life issues. She is a pastor, teacher, prayer minister, counsellor, intercessor and a prayer warrior.
